This joint event, sponsored by the Library and the Friends of the Library, features many, many trees that are decorated by local non-profit organizations. Our kick-off event on 12/1 will feature musical entertainment by local County Commissioner, Nate McLaughlin. We are looking forward to Commissioner McLaughlin entertaining us as we round down our Flagler County Centennial Year celebrations. Following the musical background , we will welcome a return of one of our favorite husband and wife duos, Meritt and Moreau. They have entertained us at the Library in the past and we look forward to their uplifting music, including many opportunities to sing along. Refreshments will be served in keeping with the season. We look forward to having you join us. The trees are on display through the month of December. However, the music and refreshments will only be available on 12/1. Please join us!

12/9 2:00p.m. Fusion Folk Americana Singers, Jennings and Keller will perform: “Judy, Joan and Joni – the Voices that Defined a Generation”. They will be sharing the songs of Judy Collins, Joan Baez and Joni Mitchell.

FLAGLER COUNTY HISTORY = Flagler History as compiled by members of the Flagler County Historical Society and Friends of the Library.  Here is our Flagler Memories project offering video, text and voice interviews of early residents.  The Flagler County History web page contains papers, video, and interviews conducted by Friends of the Library members over the years and is an interesting store of knowledge.
